This manual machine, thanks to the different interchangeable cutting groups, is able to soften and cut into strips of different widths of meat (eg pork, chicken or tripe) and fish (eg calamari).

Completely built in stainless steel, for easier and faster cleaning of the machine. The cutting unit can be placed in the dishwasher, to ensure the best cleaning in this area constantly in contact with food.

Equipped with a clamp, for better anchoring to the work bench.

Optional: stainless steel tray. Transparent plastic protections.
