The mission of Noaw Srl, from over 40 years, is to plan and to manufacture manual and automatic slicers for professional use always seeking the excellence in the product.

1972 Is the Year of the foundation of Noaw Srl. The Company was born as a mechanical workshop. In 1978, a few years later, the production of slicers began. All over these past years, the Company was run by the same family with the aim of a constant growth by keeping the same style and transparency that have always been part of his philosophy. Today the Company is led by Oreste Battiston son of the previous General Manager (Narciso Battiston) and majority shareholder current CEO and from the cousin Rossella
Battiston daughter of Aldo Battiston. Since its foundation, Noaw has grown a lot: today there are 70 people working between the brand new plant in Solbiate Arno and the historic foundry in Cavaria, where 100% of the melted products used for our slicers are produced. Production varies from flywheel slicers to automatic ones, from vertical models for
sausages or meat to gravity models, with blade diameters ranging from 220 to 400mm., with an annual production of 25 thousand units.
