The external suction packaging machines do not allow an efficient packaging of liquids by vacuum bags: the direct suction of liquids from the bag permanently damages the vacuum pump.

It is important to clarify that all foods, whether solid, liquid, cooked or raw must be cold at the time of vacuum packaging.
